How can I contact you about an order or question?

Please email me at VanityChicBoutique01@gmail.com. Email is the best way to receive updates on order status or general inquiries.
While I do receive messages on social media, response times may be delayed due to high message volume. For the fastest assistance, email is strongly recommended.

What is the processing time for orders?

Most orders have a 2–4 week processing time, unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and can be completed sooner or take up to the end of the 4th week.
Processing details are listed on each product page at checkout, as well as under the Shop/Shipping Policy section. All orders are completed in the order they are received.

When will my order ship?

All items are made to order, so processing time applies before shipping.
Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
What if my package is lost or stolen?

Please first check with neighbors, your front office, or doorman in case the package was received on your behalf or delivered nearby.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact me via email so I can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note: if the carrier confirms that the package was delivered to the correct address, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible.
Be sure to include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
This information allows me to file a claim with the shipping carrier and work toward resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of items, all sales are final.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are not offered unless your order arrives damaged or there is an error on my end.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.
Please double-check all order details before placing your order.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an incorrect address, please email me immediately.
If your order has not yet been processed, I will update it. Once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Why is my order taking the full processing time?

Each item is handmade and created in the order it was received. During high-volume periods, orders may take the full processing timeframe. I truly appreciate your patience and support.

Do you offer wholesale items?

At this time, wholesale is available on select straw toppers only.

Do you offer PR or collaborations?
Currently, I do not offer PR or collaborations. As a growing small business, I hope to expand into these opportunities in the future.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items may be restocked, while others are limited. Be sure to check back on the website or follow along on social media for updates.

Can I request a custom order?
At this time, custom orders are not offered. This may change in the future, so feel free to check back for updates.
