Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks processing time from the date your order is placed. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Select items such as keychains, purse charms, straw toppers, and mugs may have a shorter processing time of 2–4 weeks, as stated on the product listing.
Holiday collections (Fall, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.) may have adjusted processing times, which will be clearly listed on each item.
If your order includes both holiday and non-holiday items, the longest stated processing time will apply to the entire order.
Order Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to all shop policies, including processing times, shipping terms, and refund conditions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all product details and policies before completing a purchase.
Handmade & Product Variations
All items are handmade and customized, which means slight variations in color, design, and placement may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
Product photos are for reference only. Please review item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of all items, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Exceptions apply only if:
The item arrives damaged, or
You receive the incorrect item
In these cases, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue. Failure to do so may result in your claim being denied.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstances.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of my control
- I am not responsible for transit delays once the package has been shipped.
Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided:
- Contact me immediately if your order has not yet shipped
- Once shipped, I am not responsible for delivery issues, lost packages, or additional shipping costs due to incorrect addresses
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
I am responsible for your order until it is accepted by the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS). Once in their possession, liability transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received:
You must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
I am not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS International.
By placing an international order, you agree that:
You are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties
Shipping times may vary due to customs processing and are not guaranteed
Tracking updates may transfer to your local postal service once the package leaves the U.S.
I am not responsible for delays, fees, or delivery issues once the package is in transit internationally.
