SHOP POLICY

Please allow 4-8 week processing time from date order is placed. This does not include shipping time frame. Certain items such as keychains/charms ( NOT including Purse Charm) Straw toppers, mugs will have a 2-4 week processing time if bought alone

Holiday Collections/ Fall/ Halloween/ Christmas/ Valentines etc. will have a different processing time than my usual items. Those processing times will be listed on each individual listing and will Ship sooner. If Non holiday items are purchase with holiday items then Regular process time of 4-8 weeks will be applied. 

Specialized items like the HK/ Marie Blinged Tumblers with have a 8-12 Week Processing Time.

All Items and are made to order. Please note that every item is customized, and hand made so items may vary slightly from image in picture. Please see product page for detailed description of product. 

 Since these are custom made to order I am unable to offer refunds/returns/exchanges on these items. All Sales are Final. If for any reason you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 Hrs. so we can work something out quickly.

 

SHIPPING: LOST/ STOLEN

I am responsible for your items until it reaches the Post Office/ UPS. After that, it is out of my control. If item was shipped through USPS  Priority mail it'll include insurance, unless first class/ ground shipping was chosen. Note... First Class mail does NOT come with insurance.

 ALL packages will include tracking. I am NOT responsible for any shipping delays USPS/UPS may have. If you encounter an issue where the package was lost or stolen you will contact USPS/UPS directly. To avoid Lost/Stolen packages, please make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out.  Also, please make sure to check your email with tracking number, so that way you are aware of when your package will be delivered. I am NOT responsible for any packages that may have been Stolen after delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders are shipped USPS or UPS international mail/package.
I am not responsible for any custom charges/ imported taxes or other fees that may apply as that is the responsibility of the buyer. Fees depend upon item/s and country. I have no control over what they will be. Once orders reach international land, tracking number will update to the destination country postal service with USPS. Please check with your local postal service for any updates once tracking stops updating with USPS. Shipping time frame may vary depending on country. I have no control over shipping delays overseas.
